Am I buying a figure or a digital file?

A physical resin figure or kit in your chosen scale and finish. We do not include or sell the digital STL files with your order.

Will my figure arrive painted?

Only if you select Hand-painted. Unpainted kits have no paint or primer. Choose “Primed, ready to paint” for a figure with primer applied, ready for you to paint. Gallery images will show a painted appearance regardless of the option you choose.

Do the glowing parts light up?

Some product images are the sculptor's computer-generated previews rather than photographs of a finished figure. These previews may include added glow, lighting or energy effects for presentation. Those effects are not part of the physical piece, and the figure will not light up on its own.

How does shipping work?

Standard shipping within the U.S. is free. Faster delivery options, when available, cost extra. International shipping is charged separately. Making your figure takes time in addition to shipping; contact us for the current production estimate.

What if I need to return my figure?

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping. See the return policy for full details.
