Made-to-order production

Every Cured Cove figure is made to order. Our usual preparation time is 7–10 calendar days before dispatch. Printed, primed and hand-painted finishes have separate queues, so busy finishes can take longer. Select your finish on the product page to see its current preparation estimate; the cart also shows the estimate for each item.

Items shipped together follow the longest preparation time in the order. Checkout may show a more conservative delivery estimate based on our busiest finish and Shopify’s business-day calendar. Preparation time is separate from shipping transit time. If a queue estimate needs confirmation, please contact us before ordering.

United States shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is free. After dispatch, standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days. Add this transit time to the preparation estimate for your selected finish. Shipping business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Other shipping options and international orders

Faster delivery options, when available, cost extra. International shipping is charged separately. Available destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. The U.S. transit estimate does not apply to international orders; customs and carrier delays can affect delivery.
