Refund policy

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service, as we can only issue a refund for items that reach us.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll refund the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for it to appear.

Made to order

Every figure is printed, finished and packed individually after you order it. Please check your chosen scale and finish carefully before completing checkout.

Damaged in transit

If your figurine arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the figurine and packaging. We will review the damage and contact you with the next steps. If we ask you to send back an item that arrived damaged, you will not pay return shipping.
