Welcome to Cured Cove, operated as CuredCovePrints by Jeremy and Laura in Utah. These terms explain shopping with us at curedcove.com. Please contact us with any questions before ordering.

Our products

We sell physical resin figures made to order. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, your purchase does not include digital STL files. The product description and the scale, finish, and version you select describe your order. Some kits require assembly; check the individual listing.

Unpainted kits have no paint or primer. The “Primed, ready to paint” option includes primer for you to paint over. Choose “Hand-painted” for a painted figure.

Some gallery images are computer-generated previews from the sculptor. They may show paint, lighting, glow, or other presentation effects. These effects do not mean the physical figure lights up. Unpainted and primed options do not include the painted appearance shown. Please refer to the product description and our finish and size guides when choosing your piece.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and review your selected options before paying. Your order total, applicable taxes, and available shipping charges are shown at checkout. Prices and availability may change for future orders. If we discover an error or cannot fulfill an order as described, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not substitute a different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.

Making and delivering your order

Each piece is printed and prepared after ordering. Production and delivery estimates are provided where available in the listing or checkout; shipping transit time is separate from production time. Free standard shipping is available in the United States. Other available shipping services and destinations, together with their charges, are shown at checkout. Contact us if you have questions about timing or delivery.

Returns and damaged orders

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The buyer pays return shipping for an ordinary return. Please read our Refund Policy for the full process.

If your figure arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the figure and packaging. We will review the damage and contact you with the next steps. If we ask you to return an item that arrived damaged, you will not pay return shipping.

Age-restricted content

You must be at least 18 to access content marked 18+. Our adult-content confirmation applies to viewing that content. Please follow all applicable requirements when purchasing.

Creator credits and site content

Character and sculpt rights remain with their respective creators and rights holders. Credits and applicable notices appear in individual listings. Purchasing a physical figure does not transfer intellectual property rights or grant permission to reproduce or distribute model files.
